We are seeking an Account Manager to join the team, working in close concert with our I-Engineering
division. This individual will leverage their implementation and business acumen to help deliver

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team-based environment. The individual will
function independently, demonstrating an attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As
an Account Manager you will be in a customer-facing role, implementing new clients and nurturing the
relationship post-production launch. You will learn our flagship software, ALIS, as well as gain an added
appreciation for the insurance industry.

Specifically, you will:
• Develop a strong understanding of ALIS system, product features and benefits
• Implement the ALIS system, including discussion, analysis, and documentation of client
requirements
• Address project management activities for client implementations of ALIS
• Provide solutions and follow up to customer reported questions and issues, including
assignment and escalation to appropriate groups
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction by maintaining good rapport and
relationships, communicating frequently on status of open items through closure
• Provide user training on ALIS; Prepare reference material for users by drafting operating
instructions
• Independent research and / or collaborating internally with other groups to implement the
best solution for each client
• Use problem solving skills to determine what the resolution will be or how best to fill the
customer’s request
• Drive other departments to closure on open items, including interactions with international
team members
• Identify and resolves problems in a timely manner

 

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED

The successful candidate brings:
• Strong customer service and communication skills, evidenced through written and verbal
interactions
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2+ years’ experience in sales, software, management, or general business
• Competency in Windows OS, MS Office required
• High capacity for learning and demonstrated track required of internal and external
collaboration, especially in remote work environments
• Knowledge or experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills; Project management skills preferred
• Ability to document and communicate problems and solutions
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide timely and effective status updates to customers
• Ability to create and document new processes
• Aptitude to learn and support custom applications
Up to 25% travel is required at times for certain projects / events
