Lani Cathey, CEO
Lani Cathey is CEO of XDimensional Technologies and is responsible for the company’s overall strategy and operational execution. Lani Cathey brings 30+ years of experience scaling for transformative growth and profitability across startup, private high growth, to public corporations, including Genpact, Insurity, and IBM. Lani’s background includes roles as a Chief Revenue Officer, Business Executive, and Board Director. She is a nimble, versatile leader with a record of driving turnarounds and fast growth in the Insurance, Technology, and Healthcare sectors – with a strong experience leading successful consulting engagements for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She is known for strategic thinking, building strong business relationships, focusing on results, and asking the right questions to do what is right, with passion and integrity. Lani’s degree is in Business Administration and Management from Montana State University.
Krista Weaver, President and Chief Operating Officer
Krista Weaver has a combined 25 years of software and services experience between her tenure at Accenture, followed by a career as Vice President of Customer Operations with Insurity. With Insurity, she held several leadership roles focused on project management, operations management, process improvement, customer success and finance. Her contribution to the growth and development at Insurity has led directly to her newly appointed role in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer at XDimensional Technologies. Krista has a B.A. degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
Ellen Zhang, Vice President, Finance
Ellen Zhang is VP of Finance at XDimensional Technologies (XDTI), overseeing all finance functions for the company. Ellen has near 20 years of experience in finance, FP&A, and investment management. In addition, Ellen has a track record of scaling and growing SaaS-based businesses. Prior to XDTI, Ellen held leadership roles at Pegasystems and Everbridge, leading FP&A and strategic finance efforts to grow the top-line revenue as well as expand margins and profitability. Ellen previously also worked in research at a hedge fund, researching global investment themes across stock and bond markets. Earlier in her career, Ellen was an auditor for KPMG. Ellen received a Bachelor’s degree from Babson College and holds the CPA and CFA designations.
Rodney Gist, Chief Product Officer
Rodney is the Chief Product Officer for XDimensional Technologies, responsible for the strategy and vision of the Nexsure Insurance Platform. Joining the company in 2000, Rodney has over 25 years in application development and project management within the insurance industry. Before XDimensional, Rodney worked for R5 Systems, leading system architecture, and web development teams. Rodney has in-depth experience in Microsoft.NET, ASP, XML, JSP, and relational databases developing enterprise-class software systems.
Mike Hollingsworth, Chief Technology Officer
Mike Hollingsworth is the Chief Technology Officer at XDimensional Technologies, overseeing the IT and Application Development organizations. Mike has over 30 years of broad technology experience, having held technology leadership roles in SaaS businesses over the last two decades. Hollingsworth’s business experience traverses many industries, including healthcare, insurance, financial services, construction, and facilities maintenance. Before joining XDTI, Hollingsworth was the Vice President, Technology for Greenville-based Gordian, a subsidiary of Fortive, where he led development for multiple SaaS software products, utilizing teams around the US, UK, Eastern Europe, and India. Before Gordian, Hollingsworth held leadership roles at several global companies, including SoftPro, Jaggaer, and M*Modal.
Craig Fuher, Customer Experience Executive
Craig leads the customer service operations for XDimensional Technologies and is one of the founders of the company. With over 25 years of experience in technology and insurance leadership, Craig has deep expertise in managing operations and technology initiatives. He has a master’s degree in National Security Studies from California State University (CSUSB), a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Southern Illinois University, and is a United States Air Force veteran. He is a nationally licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker specializing in Cyber/Data/Network Coverages, a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private sector, and a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
Beth Bartlick, Vice President, Marketing
Beth is the Vice President of Marketing for XDimensional Technologies. In this role, she oversees all areas of marketing and communications for the company. Beth brings over 25 years of marketing experience working with companies from small privately-owned businesses to global organizations across all areas of marketing, from strategy to execution. Most of Beth’s career has been spent in the insurance industry. Before joining XDimensional Technologies, Beth worked at several technology vendors, including Insurity, Oceanwide, Duck Creek Technologies, and service companies, including Activer Solutions, Xceedance, and Trumbull Services, a subsidiary of The Hartford. Beth’s entry into the insurance industry was with Travelers Specialty.
Carrie Kagan, Vice President, Account Management
Carrie leads the Account Management team for XDimensional Technologies. In that role, she is responsible for growing revenue and building long-term strategic relationships with our key customers. Carrie has close to 20 years of insurance and financial services technology experience, starting as a developer and working her way through various leadership roles in operations, finance, training, and project management disciplines over her career. Carrie has worked for leading companies like The Hartford, Wells Fargo, and MassMutual supporting their business needs and other top carriers like Caterpillar, Willis Towers Watson, and Starr Insurance with her tenure at Insurity. Carrie has a stellar reputation for collaborating toward practical approaches and bringing the right balance of people, process, and technology solutions to all interactions. Carrie has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Our Lady of the Elms College and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a certified Change Management Specialist (CMS) from MSI.
Krystin Turner, Vice President, Operations
Krystin is the Vice President of Operations and leads our conversion, support, and implementation teams. With over 20 years of experience in insurance IT services, Krystin has worked for both carriers and vendors alike, bringing a unique perspective to each implementation. Krystin is PMP certified and brings a decisive, results-oriented approach to managing large-scale projects and ongoing accounts. Krystin is accomplished in implementing IT platforms and third-party vendor solutions. Before joining XDTI, Krystin led the professional services organization for One Inc. Before that role, Krystin held leadership roles at carriers, including Hanover and Travelers Canada, and industry technology vendors Sapiens, OneShield, and Xceedance.
Riyad Mammadov, Vice President, Application Development
Riyad is the Vice President of Application Development for XDimensional Technologies. Riyad is an experienced IT executive who combines strategic leadership and hands-on management skills with a passion for technology. He has a proven track record of successful application projects delivery, from large-scale cloud-based systems to workflow-driven line of business apps. Before joining XDimensional, he was a VP of Applications Development at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, where he provided technology leadership in key strategic initiatives across Carrington’s 15 business units. Earlier in his career, Riyad was a Senior Software Architect at Experian Consumer Services. Riyad has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Azerbaijan Oil Academy and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University. In his spare time, he teaches online programming classes at the University of California.
Patrick L. Espeland, CPA, Director of Implementations
Patrick is the Director of Insurance Solutions Implementations for XDimensional Technologies. In this role, Patrick is responsible for the success of customer implementations. Joining XDimensional in 2005, Patrick is a CPA and has over 15 years of agency management system experience and over 25 years of experience in accounting, forensic accounting, and management. Before joining XDimensional, Patrick worked with AMS Services, Inc. and Pinnacle Consulting in the insurance space. Patrick is involved in implementing our product vision regarding our policy administration platform and accounting and reports enhancements. Patrick graduated Cum Laude from Lewis-Clark State College (Idaho) in Business Administration and Accounting and holds an MBA, Finance from Gonzaga University.
Jami Euper, CIC, CRM, CISR Director, Product Management
Jami is the Director of Product Management for XDimensional Technologies. In this role, she is responsible for Nexsure release content and timing, the Product Roadmap, development scheduling, and refining new feature functionality. Jami also oversees the business analysts responsible for functional specifications, assist in testing, and serve as subject matter experts. Jami has over 30 years of insurance industry experience, beginning on the agency side managing a large agency personal lines department and then moving on to commercial lines account management and sales with National agencies such as HRH. She began her career at XDimensional 19 years ago as a business analyst and industry SME and has served in several key positions, including Director of Support and Program Manager. Jami remains close to the insurance industry and continues her industry education by maintaining industry-specific designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager. She holds a B.S. in business administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
