Can you tell us about yourself and your company?
My name is Jared Morgan. I have ownership in two agencies, managing partner of American Church Group of Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee, and managing partner of Paducah Insurance.
Can you tell me about your role with the Nexsure User Group?
I’m a board member for the Nexsure user group. It’s been a great opportunity for us to network and interact with other agency owners that deal with the same challenges we deal with, but also have a great opportunity to offer input and develop relationships with XDTI management and interface with them.
Can you tell us about how your agency uses the Nexsure Insurance Platform?
Nexsure for American Insurance Group and Paducah Insurance it’s the core software we use to manage policies and track clients. It’s how our agents interface and submit information to our support staff. It allows us to guide the process from the agents submitting information to our support staff.
Agents are great at relationships. They’re not great at technology. Normally there are exceptions, but by and large, not technology strong. By reducing access and putting our agents in the retail agent portal, it’s allowed us to simplify their lives a little bit.
Can you tell us about working with the XDTI Team?
The XDimensional team has been a great partner for us over the years. They’ve been small enough you could access but at the same time sophisticated enough and large enough that we would be able to get the features set we needed out of the software. XD team’s been a marvelous partner for us across the board.
